We will not use the name Nexus on your credit card. Any purchase will be listed under our company trading name, Libertybelle Marketing.
In short, yes. Your order will come in a plain white jiffy envelope or a plain brown box, dependent on the size. There will be no branding at all on the outside of the packaging.
There are some things you can try at home. If your toy uses batteries, try changing them, even if you have not used your toy yet. If your toy is rechargeable, leave it on charge all night until the light has turned green. If your toy is still not working, we firstly recommend that you contact the retailer from which you bought it. If for any reason you are having difficulty returning your Nexus product you can email, email@example.com for further instructions.
If your item is faulty you can email firstname.lastname@example.org for instructions on how to return your item. We ask that all items are cleaned for health and safety reasons. Please include your name, address, receipt of purchase and list the fault inside.
